Dallas/Fort Worth is the 5th largest metro area in the States, and ranked No.2 among fastest growing metros for 2015 (according to US Census Bureau). North to the city of Dallas, Collin county is 4th fastest growing county among all US counties with over 500,000 population, where we purchased this 73 acre farmland which may be developed into 40-70 single houses for a total market value of $25 to 50 million.

The chart to the right shows the official land price index by local governments.Dallas area land price has regained all its loss after 2008, and in 2016 the median price per acre was 20.3% higher than in 2008.  But we were able to purchase our land at a transaction price 4.2% lower than its last transaction in 2008......
