Our vision is to grow with great and fast-expanding cities, such as Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.  We have so far conducted our investments overwhelmingly in Atlanta, which ranks No.3 among large metro areas with most net population gain (almost 100,000) in 2015, according to US Census Bureau.  The Money magazine ranked Atlanta No.1 with highest ROI in house flip business among the 15 largest metro cites. Growing with this great city, we have achieved 400% AUM growth in the first 18 months.

Dallas/Fort Worth is the 5th largest metro area in the States, and ranked No.2 among fastest growing metros for 2015 (according to US Census Bureau). North to the city of Dallas, Collin county is 4th fastest growing county among all US counties with over 500,000 population, where we purchased this 73 acre farmland which may be developed into 40-70 single houses for a total market value of $25 to 50 million..

As our company grows, commercial properties will become a more significant part of our portfolio. Not only that they can produce long-term, stable positive cash flow, but also that commercial properties play critical roles for community growth, by bringing jobs, business products and services, and other conveniences, to their residential neighborhoods. Where there is no business, there can hardly be any communities of prosperity.

Proactive investment strategy highlights improving the value of property through upgrading its hardware infrastructure and enhancing its management. This strategy may also involve changing the use of a commercial real estate property to drastically increase its value.
